On November 12th, 13th, and 14th, 2024, the AMIGOS consortium held an online meeting to discuss the project's focus on sustainable mobility within the Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Programme.
The meeting brought together pilot cities and technical partners, who contributed with their expertise in the fields of mobility and advanced technologies.
On the first day, pilot cities presented the progress of their work in developing sustainable mobility solutions. This was followed by an overview of the process of collecting and analyzing data on citizens' mobility habits, which serves as the foundation for developing innovative and inclusive solutions.
The second day focused on the methodologies for incorporating this data into digital city models, enabling reliable testing of the solutions.
The third day pilot cities and partners focused on establishing a framework for analyzing the impact of sustainable mobility solutions and exploring the potential for scaling and replicating these solutions.
In this context, the Metropolitan City of Bologna remains committed to design solutions that prioritize the maximum accessibility of services for population groups with specific needs, especially people with disabilities.
