Duration: November 2016 - 2020 

Objective: the development of zero emissions supply plans for each consortium city - Rotterdam, Copenhagen and Oslo - which include specific plans for future public innovation contracts (PPI) and commercial procurement tenders (PCPs) and identify opportunities collaboration with other purchasing agencies at regional, national or European level.

Partnerships:

• Rotterdam Oslo and Copenhagen. The Metropolitan City of Bologna is one of the Observer cities together with Bielefeld (GER), the Brussels region, Jerusalem, Manchester, Munich and Southampton.
